Head of the Department Kalieva Raushan Altynbekovna was born on March 20, 1987 in Zhalagash district, Kyzylorda region. In 2005, he graduated from secondary school No. 123. In 2008, she graduated from the Kyzylorda pedagogical college with a degree in library science. Since 2008, he has been working in the District Library as a librarian, since 2015 – as a bibliographer, since April 1, 2019-as the head of the Department of methodology and bibliography. In 2010-2012, he studied at the Faculty of” Library “of the University” Bolashak”.

Employees of the Department organize trips to libraries of the district in order to guide the work of libraries in the district and provide methodological assistance, analyze digital and written data, annually analyze the results of library work, write methodological instructions, publish methodological manuals, systematically carry out measures to study and implement best practices in domestic and world libraries, advertise the activities of libraries, participate in the work of public organizations and institutions and establish business contacts. Develops and participates in the implementation of programs related to library science. Bibliographic information plays an important role in the system of Public Service, taking a leading place in the structure of the library.Reference and bibliographic works, studying the requests of readers, satisfy their oral and written requests. Since 1999, he has been a member of the Nurotan party. From 2006 to 2020-Secretary of the primary party organization” Madenimura”. Member of the” Council of mothers ” since 2018. In 2014, he was awarded a letter of thanks from the Department of culture and language development of the district, in 2015-a letter of thanks from the Akim of the district, in 2016-A. Amzeeva Aisulu Zkriyaevna-born on April 27, 1969 in Zhalagash district, Kyzylorda region. In 1986, he graduated from secondary school No. 31 in Zhalagash district.

In 1986-1989, he graduated from the technological Technical School of Almaty with a degree in “tailoring”, in 1989-1990 he worked as a shop manager at the District Food Processing Plant, in 1990-2001 he worked as a technology teacher at secondary school No. 246 in the village.

In 2003-2005, he studied at the Kyzylorda Humanitarian University with a degree in technology teacher, in 2012-2014, he graduated from the Akmeshit University of Kyzylorda with a degree in Library Science.

Since 2006, he has been working in the district centralized library as an operator, programmer, in 2012-2018-librarian, in 2018-2022-head of the readers department, since September 2022-bibliographer.

District children’s library

Aliaskarova Gulsim Aliaskarovna, head of the District children’s library, was born on December 6, 1968 in Zhanadarya village, Zhalagash district, Kyzylorda region. In 1985, he graduated from secondary school No. 203. Higher education. In 1987, he graduated from the Kyzylorda cooperative Technical School, in 2001 from Bolashak University, majoring in “Kazakh language and literature”, in 2011 from Bolashak University, majoring in “Library recognition and bibliography”. Since 1999, he has been working as a librarian in the Akkum rural library, from 2002 to 2014 – as a librarian in the children’s library, and since 2014-as the head of the District children’s library.

Yeshimova Zhansulu Gabitovna was born on 20.09.1994 in Sairam District of Shymkent region. In 2001-2009, she graduated from secondary school No. 246 named after sh.Ermaganbetova, in 2010-2013, she graduated from the Kyzylorda humanitarian college named after M. Mametova, majoring in “librarianship”. Since March 3, 2014, she has been working in the Zhalagash District Library under the youth practice program for 6 months. Since 2015, he has worked as a permanent librarian in the District Library. In 2018, he was awarded the Zhalynzhastar prize of the Akim of Zhalgash district and letters of thanks from the trade union organization of the Kyzylorda region, the Akim of the district. Since September 1, 2022, he has been working as the head of the readers Department.
